Had a suite with a sea view, amazing. Access to a private beach and outdoor pool was great. Everything's neat, with a tv, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Spa facilities included a sauna and massage options. Food was varied and delicious, perfect for families!

Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in Nesebar. I liked that it was clean and exceptional, the staff were helpful and rooms were modern. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was overall reasonably good. Its location was beautiful, lucky to see dolphins swim across the bay, and in a good area. Nesebar New Town district was worth staying in.

The staff were friendly! And the entertainment team left us with lovely family memories.

I was shocked to find my balcony door broken, and needed to be fixed immediatley, which it obviously wasn't. The shower head situation was unacceptable, firing water across the room. It was like a cheap water fight rather than a shower. A proper room upgrade woudl ve been a reasonable expectation, but alas, no red carpet was rolled out. Just couldn't recommend.

the pool area was a bit slippery. but the food was great, and cocktails were fantastic. easy access to the beach and loads of activities scheduled around the pool. entertainers really bonded well with the kids.

On the beach, super close to the Old Town! Food diversity was excellent, and the friendly staff were always ready with a smile.

It's a wonderful, relaxing, and nicely appointed hotel in Nesebar. the venue staff is attentive and efficient. 3. the hotel offers an absolutely perfect location close to the historic center and the Bulgarian coast. 4. There is a coffee bar, Fronton, nearby for a cup of coffee. 5. When we visit Nesebar, we like staying here.
